the dems are in a bad spot. they can hurt people by agreeing to the budget that includes these cuts for healthcare.....or they can hurt people with the shutdown.

The GOP gets to be the bad guys here who want the cuts and they don't care.

Until the base of the GOP makes it clear they don't want these cuts....then the GOP has all the cover they need.

Obviously Republicans are willing to Shut Down the Gov to stop Dems from giving at least some relief to people that will suffer under GOP cuts to Healthcare.
Now let's see if people who voted for them care about that or not.
