#66 Nobody can even define what that means as it pertains to deportation. They aren't being tried for a crime. They are being deported.
Yes deportation is a civil proceeding. Due process at its base is "notice" and "opportunity to be heard." The concept does not differ based on the dichotomy.
That said, the Buffoon and goons, got caught giving no notice much less an opportunity to be heard. When called out, i.e. injunctions, the Buffoon and goons, tried an hour or so notice, in non-native language, much less an opportunity to be heard.
Judges appointed by both parties have condemned and enjoined this bull***t and mostly required 72hrs notice. The Buffoon and goons response, I read a headline today they're gonna give 6hrs notice. In court time that's no notice much less opportunity to be heard.
Another thing, the Buffoon and goons complain about the length of deportation proceedings. Those are administrative agency proceedings. The Buffoon is firing immigration judges while bi****g about delay.
