So let me understand a fetus is eligible for an injunction because "it" faces harm.
Also a fetus can be a plaintiff at any stage of development, which implies a right to due process and constitutional protections more generally? No?

If a fetus can sue for relief, it has legal personhood? No?

So according to Lumpers a fetus has a right to U.S. citizenship but not a right to life?

Am I understanding the Lumper argument here?

Where do you get this cockamamie s**t? Fetal person-hood only exists as a fiction created by statute in a few states. I'm not aware of any court upholding the standing of a fetus to sue.
