Don't get me wrong. I was baptized in the Methodist church at age twelve. That was pretty much my end to religious freakism, also something I pretty much keep to myself. If only the other freaks would do the same.

An owners right to lease real estate is an interest in real property subject to condemnation like any other real property interest. Condemnation requires a court proceeding and payment of "just compensation." Thus a public record. One would think WPR would know that. Which makes the story sketchy to me.
