If you actually read the details you'd know nearly all of the drop is due to a reduction in traffic fatalities and medical issues.

Those blue states are looking real dumb now after they attacked Arkansas and Iowa for rolling back child labor protections. Should have let those starving, poor kids get jobs in meat packing plants and working around farm equipment so they could help feed themselves.

Jones ended up winning 69.9% - 30.1% after all of the ballots were counted. That represent a 15 point improvement in victory margin for the democratic candidate in this district over the the last time the seat was up for grabs in Nov 2023.

Does that apply to all people who riot?

I've heard that said before about the insurrection act and I don't understand where people get the idea that law would allow a president to cancel elections when Congress controls election dates. Even if the presidential election was cancelled, the Constitution explicitly states the term of the president and vp ends at noon on Jan 20. There's no provision that would allow Trump to remain President beyond that time.

Please explain where this idea about the insurrection comes from?

Evidence was brought up but almost nobody in the contested states wanted to audit it.
There were numerous anomalies that suggested interference and justifications like "oh those rural 100% democrat strongholds were the last to come in" just don't make sense
The voting machines were proven to be completely insecure, anyone with a screwdriver could access them
Dead people could vote, in many states it's likely people who shouldn't be able to vote could vote as well
It took an unusually long time to count the votes even though all the covid measures that disrupted the election shouldn't have caused that

There were all kinds of investigations. Arizona's GOP ran legislature hired 4 separate firms to run audits. I remember Trumpers crowing about how the Cyberninjas would expose it all and overturn the result. The only thing the audit firms uncovered was some minor discrepancies that increased Biden's victory by 360 votes. Remember Mike Lindell claiming that voting machines in Idaho were hacked? He even had the IP addresses of the machines. Republican officials in Idaho researched it and found the machines had not been connected to a network and that several of the counties Crackhead Mike had claimed had hacked voting machines do not even use voting machines.

The only reason I don't think the files have any dirt on Trump is 2020-2024. Democrats tried to... They were in possession of the files for 4 years. Given all of the other actions they took I find it almost impossible to believe that if the files had anything of substance they wouldn't have leaked it to the lapdog press.

The DoJ was in position of the files and they had an open investigation running until it was suddenly closed by the same DoJ leadership that is currently breaking the law to keep the files hidden. Closure of the investigation was done despite a clear failure to review the evidence.

Trump did succeed at one thing. He got people to stop talking about Epstein for a few days at a time when the Wall Street Journal reported that Trump was trafficking victims to Epstein through the spa at Mar-a-lago despite warnings from Trump's own wife. Management at the spa was even warning girls before they sent out to be assaulted.

The White House had no plan for dealing with the fallout. The entire charade is just an ego move by Trump.
