I kinda agree, viz. San Diego. I consider La Mesa the first true suburb going East. Then Santee, El Cajon, and Lakeside. Those places suck, relative to the city. I consider Uptown all within the city proper: Banker's Hill, Hillcrest, North Park, University Heights, Kensington, etc. That's all awesome. Tierrasanta isn't very interesting. Kearny Mesa is groovy, though. The coastal towns are all sweet. My preference is Encinitas. If I could afford to live anywhere in SD county, it would be University Heights or Hillcrest.

Joe, I saw 52. I looked up the exemptions offered, but it seems many religious institutions were opposed to them, as written. The idea was that they're not true exemptions. I'm no lawyer, though, so a lot of it is Mars Music to me.

50 Slate specifically emphasizes that Montana is essentially monolithically Christian, and this case is a Montana case, BUT it affects policies in 30 states. No 30 states is monolithically Christian. The aggregate benefit' off the ruling would include other religious schools, as well. Right? Is Moder8 or Left Coast Lawyer in the House? They're both lawyers. Clarification, lads?

This ruling would, in deed, apply to ALL religious schools, not just Christian schools, but Slate's emphasis on "Christian" in the story is designed to inflame the usual suspects.

Whoever disagrees with this ruling must then disagree with the Obamacare mandates that compel religious institutions to provide employees with birth control, abortions, etc., in their insurance plans, in violation of their religious beliefs. Separation of Church & State isn't supposed to be a cherry-picking operation.
