WASHINGTON " As South Dakota governor in February 2024, Kristi Noem threatened then-President Joe Biden when Democrats said he should federalize the National Guard in Texas to disrupt that state governor's anti-immigration efforts.
If he did, Noem warned, Biden would be mounting a "direct attack on states' rights," and sparking a "war" between Washington and Republican-led state governments, she said in a Feb. 6, 2024 interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity.
The GOP won't do it because they actually care about precedent. However, they are 100% within their rights to do so. How is giving driver licenses to illegals to allow them to drive - and then those illegals kill people in DUIs not being an accessory? If you illegally sell a gun to one that is used in a crime - you will be charged. Why is Newsom above the law?

Driving is usually a States rights issue. They make up the laws regarding driving requirements. You know who can drive and at what age. Just sayin
