Great observation there.

The problem with the both sides thing is that given an opportunity to vote for a good public financing bill, most Dems would vote for it, most GOPhers not so much.
As it is now, if they don't take the big money they can't by big media so they can't get elected.
It's the law that needs to change in favor of the People, not the Elites.

You're so full of BS it's not even funny. If you want to get big money out of elections then you need to lead by example. You can't say you're against big money at the same time as you are taking big money donations. Nobody is going to believe you if you do that.

If you live in a closed-primary state, and one party is basically non-existent (politically-speaking), then it is prudent to register in a party where your vote might make a difference.

We're a predominantly a Republican state so it makes sense that Eberly is a registered Republican.

The only votes wasted aren't the third party voters.
Its the damn two party voters that haven't learned a damn thing in 200+ years.
No, it's BS to claim one is better than the other.
Why haven't both parties shoved laws we want through when they have it all?

There is one thing that no one talks about that Pretti did that struck me as odd.
I think it demonstrated how he thought.
It's when he started trying to direct traffic. Not his responsibility and in fact could have created a problem.
Then he put himself in the mix helping a woman when clearly he was out of place and creating a problem which cost him his life.
So what's my point?
Both the traffic and getting mixed up with the agents were inappropriate behavior.
Just an observation. I wonder if he stuck his nose into things at work.

Square that with 3/5's persons. Also, why aren't non-citizens (allegedly) not allowed to vote in national elections.

Based on what I've read everyone gets counted. It simply asks a citizenship question - are you a citizen?
Non citizens are then not factored in when House seats are apportioned. I don't see why anyone would have a problem with this.

If you want everyone counted you better not ask the citizenship question cause the undocumented will not get an accurate response to how many people are in your household out of fear. Besides they are constitutionally required to have representation.

You want everyone counted in a census cause that's where they get the numbers to dole out money during national emergencies and the like. Legal illegal doesn't matter. You want them counted.
