Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

A Westchester County Supreme Court jury on Thursday found psychologist Dr. Kenneth Einhorn and plastic surgeon Dr. Simon Chin liable for malpractice in Varian's 2019 surgery. The award includes $1.6 million for past and future pain and suffering, plus $400,000 for future medical costs. Varian's mother had consented amid fears of suicide, but testimony highlighted rushed evaluations. The case reflects rising lawsuits by detransitioners amid U.S. state bans and Europe's Cass Review questioning youth treatments.

I googled this. The only ones who are reporting this are right wing "news" sites. Do you have anything mainstream or not Jeff??

"finding her psychologist and plastic surgeon rushed her 2019 surgery without proper evaluation or coordination, deviating from medical standards."

So "trans" has little to do with it. Deviating from medical standards is the charge.

They'd get the same charge over a gall bladder.

I told the doctors my gall bladder identifies as my appendix, but they didn't believe me.

Is there such a thing as an "adequate" evaluation for a "trans" procedure.

Would you say deviation from the medical standard for gall bladder removal is as well defined as that of transitioning procedure?

Ergo, this has everything to do with the lack of "trans" standard procedures and processes.

The therapeutic process is grueling. Try meeting some actual trans people, dude.
