I umpired a little league game this afternoon. I overheard a parent say quietly question a call when a call a strike on a ball that bounced in front of the plate.

I ripped my mask off and demanded to know who questioned my authority. No one said anything, so I then went into the stands and started interrogating each fan individually until an 8 year old girl broke down in tears admitted it was her mother.
