The embarrassing news was confirmed by police, who said that Gian Rachtelli was charged with "lewd, indecent, or obscene acts." Three separate witnesses told officers they saw the man performing what appeared to be a sexual act while watching female circus performers at the event. The offence took place during a Cirque Mechanics performance. The 54-year-old was later identified as a Donald Trump-supporting livestreamer, also known as "Manny," who happened to be broadcasting live from the event.
