"Really? Then you should be able to point out were they were relocated to that region."
Sure. I actually posted an article on it a while back. Generally, modern-day Israelis and Palestinians share much of the same genetic core material, the main differences are that Israelis tend to have more European ancestry, while Palestinians have more Arabic and North African Ancestry.
"The British and the Americans decided post World War 2, not to move the European Jews to Britain, or America, or even back to their nations of origin. Instead."
I didn't realize the Brits forced anyone to go anywhere. But for the record, they did create Palestine as a homeland for Arabs in the region, which is even more weird because Arabs are not native to the levant. They came over as part of the Islamic conquest.
"How do you think a bunch of Europeans ended up in the Middle East?"
They chose to go there.
"Spoils of war. They defeated the ottomans in WW1 and clumsily divided up the Middle East creating mystery and strife for the people living there."
Not really. They same concept also created Syria and Jordan. And if you want to go back a little bit further, Iraq and Saudi Arabia as well. Not to mention Pakistan, which was created as a homeland for Indian Muslims.
