The courts have been overturning lower courts.

This post states 4400 hundred times per hundreds of judges.

That may have been a court's decision at first.

Was it overturned? Is it final?

How many of these judges were wrong?

This article doesn't correct the outcome.

It is argued the judged were always correct in their judgment.

We know that's not true.

So,what is the valid number of illegal acts held up by the Judicial branch after all appeals were heard?

Having been sued enough times, I don't care what one person declares to be fact when it's overturned by a higher court.if the lower court was wrong,their decision is moot.

If the arrests are determined legal by a higher court,the lower court was wrong.

If the Supreme Court rules in favor of ICE, all the lower courts were wrong.

The Executive enforces the law.
The Judicial can interpret the Executivr has not followed law.

If the 100's of judges ruled ICE was wrong only to be overturned by a higher court,then the 100's were wrong.

Just because judges said illegal doesn't mean it that was true after being overturned.

How many of these rulings have been overturned, how many are on appeal, how many lacked jurisdiction, how many made a difference?

Lower court judges aren't always right.
