If you have to ask for a description of what a personal relationship means - it is proof positive that they were never friends at any time. Any form of friendship would qualify under the standard definition of a personal relationship. If that definition needs to be expanded to 'socialized with' in order to have an affirmative answer, it blows the Democrat claims that Trump was his best or closest friend out of the water as there was not even what would be considered a friendship of any kind according to Epstein himself.
