Here's the thing about the multiplier effect, it assumes that every dollar taxed goes straight to a recipient. The whole bureaucratic apparatus eats up much of that taxed dollar and only a fraction makes its way to a recipient. That's where the math falls apart. And I support the safety net. I support SNAP. I just don't lie about it and act like it's some kind oof f economic boon when it isn't.
