Mostly different. Kharg Island doesn't have a cave system or jungle. Current USMC doctrine, doesn't do massed invasion waves. It's not a place you want to make a last stand, you're completely exposed to the entire USAF arsenal.

Iran shoots ballistic missiles at Jewish neighborhoods instead of Gulf oil infrastructure.

Another day of mostly one sided strikes awaits us.
