Another question, if the kid was visiting his GF parents with his GF (in Tucson), why weren't there any witnesses to the government "abduction"? Why did it take 10days for the family to get their ---- together and get him released? Something isn't right about the story, too many inconsistencies.

"idk what the truth is in this case, but I would imagine the Border Patrol actually caught him near Nogales..."
He was caught near Tucson. Nogales is 70 miles away.
"the kid is probably lying."
He just got here illegally but his driver's license that is several years old? Hmm...

Why wasn't he with his gf's parents 24/7? Is that your question?
Why did it take the family 10 days to get a lawyer and schedule a hearing? And that is your idiotic follow up question? And after ICE kept a US citizen detained even after a hearing proved he was a citizen?
ICE didn't care. That's the issue we see time and again.
Real Question: Why haven't we deported you yet?
So that's why JD Vance killed him?
