I always did suspect Thiel of wanting to be a "shadow president." He certainly has spent millions of dollars supporting and grooming his protege' over the years just for this one purpose. The future of America now rests in the hands of the midterms. Knowing how slickery our capturers are, I wouldn't want to bet too much on that, either.
