For the second time in less than a month, The DOJ has dropped fraud charges against clients who recently hired Attorney General Pam Biondi's brother Brad to represent them. In the first case the Feds drop charges against a former Florida state rep who was charged with defrauding a Covid-19 relief fund program. In this more recent case the newly appointed AG for the eastern district of Missouri bypassed the career prosecutor who was bring the case and personally asked the court to dismiss charges brought against property developer Sid Chakraverty, his brother, Vic Alston, and their accountant, Shijing "Poppy" Cao for defrauding St. Louis out of more than $3 million in sales tax exemptions and property tax breaks.

I'm sure the House Oversight Committee will soon be launching an investigation into the business activities of the Biondi family since there's at least as much evidence that they are involved in a bribery scheme as there was when they launched their investigation against the Biden family.
