GOPer Judge Charged in Fallen-Officers Alleged Charity Fraud

An ex Las Vegas councilwoman, former assembly member and current Nevada judge has been federally charged in connection with an alleged charity fraud scheme in which prosecutors say she pocketed more than $70,000 in donations intended to honor fallen officers.

She is, natch, a total MAGAt:

Fiore is "a conservative firebrand and fervent gun-rights advocate who published a calendar of herself pictured with various high-powered firearms", the Reno Gazette Journal, part of the USA TODAY Network reported. As an assemblywoman in 2015 she introduced a campus carry bill that would have allowed concealed carry permit holders to have guns on college campuses, at K-12 schools and at day care facilities.

No surprise here. Ex-Judge Fiore threw her life away for $70,000, when the lowest level judge in Nevada earns $143,558 per annum. And you wonder how fair and impartial "Her Horror" was with minority defendants. After federal sentencing, we can add Michele Fiore to the US prison population of ~1,767,200.

One article I ran across has her facing a maximum 20-year sentence on each of the four counts. She likely won't get that, but she sure could use some serious time to reformulate her philosophy.

Doc Sarvis:

Per the AUSA, you read correctly: 20-years for each count. Years ago, SDNY had sentenced arch-goniff Bernie Madoff to 150 years. If Trump II becomes our nightmare this Nov, he'll probably pardon Miss Fiore (after the Proud Boys and the other insurrectionists higher up on his list).

Remarkable, #45 has a longer enemies list than Richard M. Nixon and a pardons list as long as Jimmy Carter (Proclamation 4483 for Vietnam War draft evaders).

Did Trump send her an instruction booklet on "Scamming With Charities?" He shifted gears into grifting his voters out of millions.

Most members begin at the bottom of their crime families before becoming acme grifters or mob bosses.

Researchers theorized that humungous unstoppable megaladon sharks became extinct when other species realized the only way to survive against them was to immediately kill newborn megaladons before they could grow. Ex-Judge Fiore didn't have a chance to grow like Kenneth Lay, Elizabeth Holmes, Bernie Madoff, or the members of the Trump Crime Family (TCF).

@#6 ... Most members begin at the bottom of their crime families ...

Curious that you use the phrase "crimes families" in an apparent reference to the Trump cult.

Investigators refer to #45, Ivanka and Jared Kushner, Don Jr, Eric et al as the "Trump Crime Family" (TCF).
