Election certification is a mandatory duty, not discretionary, for county election officials in Georgia, a judge ruled on Tuesday, rejecting assertions made by a Republican elections official that elections board members could refuse to certify an election based on their suspicions of fraud or error.
The concept of "separation of powers" , once again on display. It is, or can be, how we Americans fight back against Trumpist/Muskian fascism, if Trump gets back in. Too bad Trump was able to corrupt our highest court, the Supreme Corrupt Court, but still there are enemies of fascism out there.
Fascism, the long time rule of the many by the few. Happens in Communist countries, capitalist countries, anywhere there is no system of checks and balances.
