Exactly. Peter Theil and his pet faux-redneck Shady JD are on-board to create a Corporate Authoritarian Gov by Oligarchy... with their model being Singapore, where the Leader is the Chairman of the Board selected only by the Board.

Much neater that way, no more messy democracy.
