So, have the deals been completed, or does he expect the deals to be made over the next three to four weeks?

It sounds to me as if Pres Trump has got nothing at this point regarding trade deals.

If he had something I'd suspect there would have been a high-profile press conference announcing that deal.

And, if I may ask, don't trade deals need to be approved by Congress before they are completed?
