Unbelievable Evidence of Deported 'Tren De Aragua' Migrants

"We're Finally Seeing the "Evidence" Against the Migrants Deported by Trump. It's Unbelievable."

More

The Trump administration defied Judge Boasberg's order on the basis of its theory that courts have no authority to review or restrict the president's alleged constitutional right to deport immigrants. That theory, if accepted, would mark the end of constitutional democracy. slate.com/news-and-pol ...

"And the more we learn, the more obvious it becomes why the government is so eager to expel these individuals without any semblance of due process. It claims that these men are terrorists by virtue of their alleged membership in the Tren de Aragua gang - but evidence of this affiliation is weak to the point of nonexistence."

Jerce Reyes Barrios - professional soccer player who had fled Venezuela after protesting against dictator Nicols Maduro.
E.V. - ICE alleged E.V. was a member of Tren de Aragua based on his tattoos, actually "a tribute to his grandmother," whose "date of death appears at the base of the crown."
J.A.B.V. - never been arrested, charged, or convicted of a crime in Venezuela or the United States, but ICE didn't like his tattoos which included his son's name.
L.G. - "has three tattoos: one is a rosary, the other is his partner's name, and the third is a rose and a clock."
Anyelo Jose Sarabia - Bible scripture tattoo.
Franco Caraballo - tattoo celebrating his daughter.

I bet you this is wny Trump doesn't want to provide the judge with any information. He needs the "show" that he's doing something - even if it's bullshht.

Republicans accept the theory.

This is one of the most disturbing things I have seen Trump do so far. Even if the evidence against these men was overwhelming (and it certainly is not) the idea of "deporting" them to a prison in a country they didn't even come from is beyond the pale.

Could you have picked a more biased, dishonest source? I doubt it.
