NSA Warned of Vulnerabilities in Signal App a Month Before Houthi Strike Chat

The National Security Agency sent out an operational security special bulletin to its employees in February 2025 warning them of vulnerabilities in using the encrypted messaging application Signal, according to internal NSA documents obtained by CBS News.

A Pentagon-wide advisory that went out one week ago warns against using the Signal, the messaging app, even for unclassified information.

The NSA memo describes vulnerability' in relation to Signal, true
But it had nothing to do with Signal's core tech.

It was warning against phishing scams targeting Signal users.

FFS "RETORT" at least understand the memo before publishing such a BS headline
