Probably not. I would suspect it's high impedance and any load would drop the voltage significantly. Just my guess, tho.

Re#7 My hemotologist told me they don't use marrow extraction cels now, they grow stem cells from skin cells. I had a marrow extraction, and comented how unpleasant it would have been had they needed a larger extraction.
