I can imagine an air traffic controller talking in tounges. Or an ICE agent with a box of snakes in case he needs a momentary faith refresher.

Question - if a federal prosecutor gives a person immunity does that mean that a state prosecutor can't use that evidence as well? And does it work the other way, say if a city attorney gave someone immunity then neither a state or federal prosecutor could not use evidence ?
