DOJ sues Kentucky over in-state tuition for the undocumented

The U.S. Department of Justice alleges Kentucky is violating federal law by allowing high school graduates without legal status to get in-state tuition for state colleges and universities.

Maybe read the article next time before you comment, because the universities were doing this in Texas, and it was halted immediately after the DOJ filed suit.

You mean the 130 to 4, 63 of 72 Republican, vote of the 77th Legislature's passage of H.B 1403. The common sense that assists kids residing in the state for a minimum of 3 years before graduating high school and agreeing to apply for citizenship as soon as eligible. That kind of common sense? That's what you would "rather" not fund. Makes sense.
