A 69-year-old Jan. 6 aggressor was ordered to pay $500,000 to the family of a Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police officer who died by suicide nine days after defending the U.S. Capitol from MAGA loyalists attempting to stop the certification of the 2020 presidential election.
A federal jury on Monday awarded $500,000 to the widow and estate of a police officer who killed himself nine days after he helped defend the U.S. Capitol from a mob of rioters, including a man who scuffled with the officer during the attack.

#1: Good. This is a symbolic victory for the poor widow Smith and this schmuck will feel the bite of this $500K penalty. There is also a second miscreant named in the lawsuit, Taylor Taranto. MPD Officer Jeffrey Smith looked like an alright fellow, not one of the run-of-the-mill ACAB neanderthals running amok in the US. The Patriot Freedom Project will probably pay this off for the dirtbags, if the group has any pelf left. Link: drudge.com
