There is one criterion: loyalty to FDT.

That kind of money buys a privatized paramilitary organization like those contractors in Iraq. None of the "lesser" departments will be able to stop it. Dude's building a private army, and these are just the trials.

They already built concentration camps. They've ignored habeas corpus. It's all probing ... looks just like another movement in the 30's...

Why the face masks? I'll wager that sooner or later it will come out that a sizeable percentage of these ICE or other agents are nothing more than hired bullies and cosplayers, nothing more than stand-ins, wanna-be agents, Blackwater contractors, moonlighting cops from the outer burbs working on their day off or 1/6 criminals who got on with flexible employers. Nearly all will be on the Barney Fife protocol with no ammo in their guns and smaller 'sticks', just out to impress girls with their outfits...
