MAGAts Blame South Park For Charlie Kirk Shooting

MAGA supporters are accusing South Park of being to blame for the shooting death of Charlie Kirk on Wednesday. The shooting has shocked the world and prompted furious reactions from the conservative activist's supporters and friends. Theories being spread on social media regarding the shooter's motive have stretched to a recent episode of South Park, which centres around a parodied version of Kirk played by the character Eric Cartman. "Trey Parker and Matt Stone are responsible for this," posted a second, referring to the creators of the show. "South Park certainly fomented the hatred necessary to get Kirk assassinated," a third said.

MAGAts will blame anyone and everyone except the root cause: their own sickness born of an unquenchable appetite for hate.

"South Park certainly fomented the hatred necessary to get Kirk assassinated"

Whereas Kirk himself never fomented hatred.

Now, I can explain this apparent contradiction.

MAGA thinks that the horrible things Kirk said are natural and right.

They think that Kirk was normal and good.

Here's a thought:

The longer it takes for Kash Patel to discover a viable suspect for Kirk's assassination, the more likely it was the far Right had the man killed.

Here's another thought.

I can't think of anything a fascist accelerationist could do in hopes of starting a shooting war in this country than to mysteriously kill some icon of the Right.

South Park got blamed for Columbine, too. Remember Columbine? We thought that would bring about action on guns. Instead we've had inaction and things have spiraled

"Stupid South Park!"

Gotta blame anything but the hate and vitriol pouring out of his pie-hole like the blood spurting out of his neck.

I don't agree with any of the above posts. I see Charkie Kirk as a young man looking for opportunity and
when he found it in the Trump campaign. He was young so he could communicate with young people better than a 70+ year old man! It was a good gig for Charlie! Potential future unlimited! The Amrricsn dream quick;y became possible for him and his beautiful uoung family. There is no doubt that Charlie was on his way to be a star in the Republican Party with a likely future in high office. But tragedy interfered with his rightful potential as we all know. his passing right now is creating a false controversy falsely based on the idea that agreement with his beliefs is necessary to be very opposed to his murder by gun! People need to stop and consider who is consistent here; those who always want restrictions on guns or those, such as Kirk, who actually said that some deaths by gun are acceptable to preserve our "God given" right to have guns. Sorry if you don't want to hear it but someone else's"God given right" just cost Mr. Kirk's life and I am sorry but I won't apologize for bringing up that obvious irony.
