"The path ahead will not always be easy, because what's happening now in the global economy is not a transition " it is a rupture," said Carney. "The US is fundamentally and rapidly transforming all of its trading relationships, and the effects are both immediate and profound."
The projects are designed to Trumpf-proof Canada as the Dotard-in-Chief's reckless trade war with one of America's closest allies has threatened to plunge the Canadian economy into a recession.
