Thrown out because these MAGAts were just too goddamn dumb to know what they were doing?
So, being an ignoramus is now a legitimate explanation to explain away for illegal behavior?
Gotta make critical adjustments to permit MAGAt behaviors.
Sorry bunch of sad sack, whiney fookahs.

#3 Well that is what Mueller determined when Stinky Jr met with Russian spies to get campaign dirt on Hilary. He said they were too stupid to know they were breaking the law.

This is why the appeal process exists. I think the judge took the blindfold off Lady Justice. Hopefully the prosecution will appeal.

The judge literally claimed this was NOT an election interference case.

Corruption squared.

These folks signed a form under penalty of perjury THEY WERE the legitimate electors, when they knew they weren't.

Their sole "proof" was they lost the election. That's it.

Startling case of up is down and up is down, and why punish the guilty because...feelings?

She basically called the defendants stupid. Since when is stupid a defense?

Have you all hear of Dietrich Bonhoeffer? I would hope so at this point. He is the antithesis of our current leadership.

The person who came up with the scheme can't plead ignorance. Why is that person not known or prosecuted?

This judge sounds like the worst kind of dei hire.

A California woman is facing six years in prison for allegedly registering her dog to vote and casting mail-in ballots in two elections

I was assured that this wasn't possible!
Good thing she turned herself in, and was the only such case that the state election officials never 'noticed'...

Your evidence is that of voting fraud is that she was caught, arrested, tried, found guilty and is serving 6 years in prison.

This is your smoking gun?

This is your smoking gun?

No, the only reason she was caught is she posted it on Facebook.

Do you think people committing voter fraud on purpose would do the same?

It didn't happen stupid. She was trying to prove how easily it was to vote illegally and instead she proved that it's not.

abc7.com

"The 2022 primary ballot cast in the dog's name was challenged and rejected because proof of residence and registration required for first-time voters was not shown, the DA's office said."

Another moron who will sit in jail because she got brainwashed by the same propaganda that you do.
