Why do you think China and Russia were there?

Looking at the history of Venezuela, seems like they knew how to profit from their resources.
Then Chavez (2007) came to power and while perhaps the socialist made it equal, everyone eventually suffered eventually.

He's also putting the squeeze on Russia and helping Ukraine. Doing what no other country can do.

He's not taking over the country, eventually will be turned over to Maria, who just last month you declared an affinity for.
