This Is What Destroying the Vaccine Market Looks Like

Jonathan Cohn: A shocking move by RFK Jr.'s team has the industry spooked -- for good reason.

The FDA's decision not to review Moderna's mRNA flu vaccine application "seems to be a way to discourage bringing these types of technologies to the market," says @bhadeliamd.bsky.social. #Velshi

This is what having a heroin addict kook in charge of public health looks like.

This is not the type of development you would normally expect a pharmaceutical company to broadcast. But that's because there's nothing normal about the way the federal government is behaving in this saga"or, for that matter, how the government has been behaving ever since President Donald Trump put anti-vaccination crusader Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in charge of America's public health.

Moderna's flu shot, which uses mRNA technology made famous during the COVID-19 pandemic, is the product of a lengthy research and development process that goes back years. Along the way, Moderna scientists consulted directly with officials at the Food and Drug Administration, the agency inside of Kennedy's department (Health and Human Services) that is responsible for reviewing and approving vaccines.

Such consultation is normal. And a major focus of the discussion between the company and the regulators was how Moderna should test the new shot to demonstrate its safety and effectiveness. There was some back and forth"again, pretty routine"but ultimately the FDA agreed that Moderna's design for a trial was "acceptable," according to communication Moderna cited in its press release.

Moderna proceeded with the testing, got promising results and submitted its application. It had good reason to believe it would receive consideration and, in due time, outright approval. Instead, on February 3, Moderna got what's known as a "refuse to file" letter from the FDA, in which the agency said the company had not put the new vaccine to a sufficiently demanding test.

We have a drug addled, irrational, paranoid madman in charge of healthcare in the US.

Moderna didn't check Trivago.

And many people like me, oldsters, will sicken and die if effective vaccines are not available.
You know the weird thing, there are a lot of MAGA Americans out there who will keep on voting for the idiots who are destroying their country, just because, I imagine, Trump hates the same people they do.

They're bringing stupid back to this nation.

Big time.

The masses outnumber the mega-oligarchs by the hundreds of millions.

The elites are culling the herd in a Malthusian manner.

That's why the Trumpf junta is against vaccinations.

Start with the darker people first.

USAID was dismantled and Dummkopf Trumpf withdrew the US from WHO.

This Malthusian strategy marries up with Vladimir Putin's desire to demographically shrink America's larger and healthier population.

Let disease, malnutrition, substance abuse, and firearms violence attrit the American population every day.

The Republicans are on board with this agenda: look at the legislation and Trumpf cabinet picks.

Last century, the white minority government of Suid-Afrika used diseases to target only black people to help "cull the herd" and make apartheid easier for them to maintain. The Afrikaaners and English were greatly outnumbered.

This operation was called "Project Coast."

For disclosing this information willingly to the public at the post-apartheid Truth and Reconciliation Commission, none of the BOSS intelligence operatives or biological weapons researchers were prosecuted.

Seriously, how did a self-admitted cocaine addict who used to snort coke off of toilet seats EVER become the head of our nation's health system? Alice's rabbit hole has never been so impossibly deep.

look what happened when they installed some screwball AI on the Heath and Human Services website.

Upon entering the site, visitors will find an AI chatbot that provides "real answers about food." Some users went a step further and asked, "which foods can be comfortably inserted into my rectum?" Responding, the chatbot said a banana and a cucumber.
oh, gee. well, that's certainly news you can use.

I'm sure Brainworms was disappointed to learn that you can't stick a dead bear cub up there.

I know this sucks seeing finally happen, but anyone who has followed these groups of charlatans through the pandemic could have seen this coming a mile away, especially for anything in the mRNA platform.

The only thing that surprises me is they didn't deny because there was no saline placebo.

I did see a headline today, though, that FDA U-turned and will now review the application.

Again, this is all really simple, ----------.

Don't declare yourself morally superior as a qualification for office and you won't have so far to fall.

Not sure why you're expending so much energy arguing against such an obvious truism.
