DHS Subpoenas Info About ICE Critics: Report

I don't see a link to the documents but neither am I seeing anything nefarious. Rules of civil procedure, both state and federal, provide for requests for discovery from third parties then there's the administrative requests. Those requests are generally considered as subpoenas.

Making them stick is another story.
