FedEx Sues for Trump Tariffs Refund

The global transportation and postal company FedEx has filed a lawsuit for a "full refund" for US President Donald Trump's emergency tariffs.

Even if the coming elections go the Dems way, Trump will be influencing congress and certainly the courts. Lawsuit after lawsuit will have to be resolved, and it is conceivable that Trump has another three years, if he doesn't resign, to really screw things up.
