FedEx sues US government, seeking 'full refund' over Trump tariffs[image or embed]

Even if the coming elections go the Dems way, Trump will be influencing congress and certainly the courts. Lawsuit after lawsuit will have to be resolved, and it is conceivable that Trump has another three years, if he doesn't resign, to really screw things up.
