The new districts would have prevented half of the state that is rural from having any voice in elections.

The new governor is making new taxes on a lot of things.

Doesn't matter it was voted. The ballot wording was misleading so it should be set aside.

The Democrats filed the motion and argued that the court could not rule on the case until after the vote happened.
The court agreed with their claim.
