Va Supreme Court Strikes Down Redistricting Plan
The Virginia Supreme Court on Friday struck down a voter-approved Democratic congressional redistricting plan, delivering another major setback to the party in a nationwide battle against Republicans for an edge in this year's midterm elections.

It was tossed twice... Like that's a fact. The Supreme Court of Virginia twice overruled the district court judge.
This is the THIRD case and they finally decided the other way.
Do you know how courts work?
