White House Already Preparing for a Democratic Congress

"The White House Counsel's Office is giving private briefings to the administration's political appointees on how to best prepare for congressional oversight as staff begin to brace for the likelihood of significant Democratic victories in the November midterm elections," the Washington Post reports.

Republicans are facing a perfect storm heading into November's midterms, with new polling revealing that white voters -- a demographic the party has relied upon for decades -- are defecting in significant numbers and favoring Democratic control of Congress.

I am going to assume that their preparation is going to be as follows:

1. Ignore all subpoenas.

2. When forced to testify lie, obfuscate, yell and cry.

1) None of these staffers have told Trump they are preparing for a Democratic Congress. The man would start flinging sh--.

2) None of these preparations appear to have stopped Trump and the GOP as a whole from cheating in order to steal the midterms.

3) What I am most afraid of, and I am not alone, is Trump doing something very impulsive with the midterms if his dim mind perceives that he really is losing.

1) don't document anything you do

2) if called before Congress, be belligerent, instead of answering questions

One of the first things the GOP will attempt to do is cry 'How you going to pay for it'. Budget restraints they ignored while Turnip ran up the deficit will be ignored. The hypocrites will be in full bloom once again.
