Is it? If as Gary claims, they new and had evidence of the fact the dealers they were selling to were facilitating straw purchases? It's more like saying GM has evidence that dealers are selling cars to drunks and letting them drive out of the lot in them. And those said drivers were then getting into deadly accidents - and the KNEW this was a common place activity? Would that not be criminally negligent of them? pfffft GM would be sued by the victims families in addition to the dealerships. So do you really think GM would allow this behavior day in and out?

Why are the Gun companies hiding from discovery for 4 years? I am going to bet it is because they know and there is evidence they know all the way to the top.

I know it isn't the makers fault in this case but I can also give you an example of a car dealership taking advantage of man of diminished mental capacity during COVID. They sold him 8 different vehicles on financing one after another. He was CLEARLY in a diminished state of mental capacity as well. All I have to do is post a photo of him for you to see that. His son made them aware of his dementia and they kept selling him cars while he was working things through the courts.

If guns weren't intended to kill that would be a much better argument.
