Two people were injured after an IED exploded in a parked Toyota Land Cruiser in northern Moscow. The man's feet were reportedly torn off, while the woman received shrapnel wounds. The BAZA Telegram channel, which is linked to Russian security services, reported that "presumably" one of the two victims was an intelligence officer. |
