Two Injured In Moscow Car Blast

Two people were injured after an IED exploded in a parked Toyota Land Cruiser in northern Moscow. The man's feet were reportedly torn off, while the woman received shrapnel wounds. The BAZA Telegram channel, which is linked to Russian security services, reported that "presumably" one of the two victims was an intelligence officer.

Update:

Turkish police detained a Russian man suspected in the car bombing in Moscow that wounded two people, one of whom is reported to be a senior military intelligence officer.

The man, Yevgeny Serebryakov, a Russian citizen, is suspected of conducting the terrorist act using an IED. Serebryakov arrived on a flight from Moscow and was detained by police in Turkey's Mugla Province.

Concur. The question is how long will it take and how much more human misery and environmental degradation will Eastern Europe suffer until then?
