Ukrainian security services prevented a terrorist attack in the center of Rivne, detaining two Russian saboteurs. The suspects were supposed to leave an improvised explosive device (IED) in a bag near the administrative building of a law enforcement agency. The attack was to take place when there were many law enforcement officers near the police station and the miscreants themselves would still be near the explosive device.
