"The basis for AFLF's suit is that the Judicial Conference and Administrative Office are not part of the judiciary, but are instead executive branch agencies subject to FOIA."

The executive branch is suing John Roberts, the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court?

A shot across the bow?

"The Executive branch trying to take over the Judicial branch?"

No, John Roberts is just trying to pretend Trump hasn't already taken over. He's owned but just won't admit it. Thomas and Alito are too but they just ask, "what's your point?"

Right now, Roberts and the U.S Supreme Court is no more than a convenient tool to Donald Trump.

Roberts may try but it's too late for him to back away from the fact that he's been a co-conspirator in Trump's master plan to incrementally demolish democracy in America.

Why Roberts sold out, one can only speculate. It's a mystery to me what he and the other conservatives on the court stand to gain.
