PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md (7News) " The undocumented immigrant accused of killing 19-year-old Dacara Thompson, the Prince George's County woman who was reported missing last month, will be held without bond. 7News Maryland Bureau Chief Brad Bell was there as Hugo Hernandez-Mendez, 35, appeared in court on Monday on first and second-degree murder charges in Thompson's death.
