Within a minute, Brown said dozens of National Guard soldiers were outside the restaurant to intimidate him. "I'm just a business owner, man. I'm just a citizen," Brown pleaded. "Why are y'all doing this to me?"
A sign posted on the sandwich shop's door warns there is "no ICE access in this building" and that "all law enforcement and immigration agents" are "not permitted to enter ... without a valid judicial warrant."
