A kidney transplant recipient in Minnesota who was arrested by ICE has been denied access to life-saving medication for more than four days, according to his wife.

The wife and attorney of a man detained in Rochester last week say he finally has access to life-saving medication following a kidney transplant. However, they added that federal authorities are still not giving him the correct dosage or the full regimen.

Dude is most likely going to die. Anti-rejection medication and the regime are super important. If he does die, in the totality of the circumstances it amounts to murder.
