The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) said Monday it was formally notified by the FBI that the bureau will not share any information about its investigation into the death of Alex Pretti.

"The FBI formally notified the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) on Feb. 13 that it will not provide the BCA with access to any information or evidence that it has collected in the Jan. 24 shooting death of Alex Pretti," BCA Superintendent Drew Evans said in a statement.

"The FBI did not immediately respond to request for comment but has previously refused to coordinate with the Minnesota BCA on the earlier death of Renee Good.

Both Minnesotans were killed by Department of Homeland Security immigration agents amid protests of widespread immigration raids in Minneapolis.
