Israel's far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir posted a TikTok video glorifying executions just weeks after Israel passed a controversial death penalty law targeting Palestinian detainees. Arab Knesset member Ahmad Tibi said Ben Gvir and his wife "need a psychiatrist immediately." More than 9,600 Palestinians are currently held in Israeli security custody and many have reported cases of sexual assault and torture at the hands of Israeli security personnel.
