Well, he blew the Freedom Caucus to smithereens, so I vote YES, it looks like Jeffries has the upper hand over Johnson.

We'll see if Johnson's split with Trump over the aid to Ukraine has any staying power. Personally, I don't think Johnson has the guts to bring Biden's bi-partisan Border Security Bill to the floor. Trump would have him skinned alive.
